Shipping & Returns

Warranties

 All products sold by One Source Lighting are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you have purchased a product from us and find it to be defective, please contact customer support at 970-243-2400 for assistance in processing your claim. We will in no uncertain terms or conditions are liable for installation fees of any kind.

Delivery

Many items are in stock and will ship from OSL (OneSourceLighting) within 5 business days. Non-stock items will be shipped from our warehouse within 2-3 weeks depending on our manufacturer's inventory status. Email confirmation will be sent out to update shipping status. One Source Lighting or project is time sensitive, it strives to provide its customers with the most accurate information on product availability. One Source Lighting reserves the right to cancel any orders containing any error, inaccuracy or omission; if your credit card has been charged for a purchase and your order is canceled, One Source Lighting will directly issue credit to your credit card. Shipping Lead Times

One Source Lighting or project is time sensitive, it strives to provide its customers with the most accurate information on product availability. If your purchase or project is time sensitive, it is strongly suggested that you contact us at 970-243-2400

Return Policy

All Returns must be approved by a One Source Lighting representative. New products with their packaging intact may be returned within 15-days from the original purchase date with prior authorization from LED Lighting of Colorado. The invoice must be paid in full or another invoice created to apply credit against. All visible damage at the time of delivery must be noted on the bill of lading and concealed damage must be reported to the carrier within 5 days of delivery. A minimum 25% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns to cover the cost of inspection and repackaging.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. Final credits will be determined after the returned product is inspected. Returns without a RGA will NOT be accepted.

When returning a product, use a carrier that has tracking capabilities.  The customer assumes responsibility for ensuring the return shipment and filing the claim for lost or damaged returns.  Poles, bullhorns, and some linear fluorescents are custom made and cannot be returned.

Damages/Defects and Errors

Kindly report any damages, defects, or errors to received shipments, promptly, by calling 970-243-2400 or by priority email at salesgj@onesourcelighting.com. You must call One Source Lighting and provide us with your name, invoice number and description of defect. One Source Lighting will issue Return Goods Authorization number; we will then handle the pick up of product at no cost to the customer and ship replacement out. If, for any reason, the customer decides they do not want the item replaced, then a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund.

Non-Defective Returns

A 25% restocking fee will be charged for the return of goods that are non-defective. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all packing materials and must be sellable condition. Items that have been installed are not returnable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Credit (minus the aforementioned deductions) will be issued upon full inspection of returned items by a One Source Lighting representative. HOLD ONTO THE ORIGINAL BOXES AND PACKAGING.

We will only accept a return if a Returns Good Authorization number (RGA) has been issued and the product is returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. Products may be returned within 14 Days of receiving them. The products must be brand new (never used or installed) and in perfect condition with all of the manufactures packing intact. In order to keep our prices at their lowest, we charge a 25% restocking fee. Your original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded, if applicable. Orders returned after 15 days or without an RGA# will not be accepted.

Exceptions and items not eligible for return

Unfortunately, under circumstances, there are some items that can be purchased that are not eligible for product return. These exceptions and items are as follows:

  • Items sold as Closeout Products
  • Custom Products
  • Made-to-Order Products (Any item that has been assembled, installed, modified or used in any way)
  • Items without prior Return Authorization
  • Items received more than 15 days ago
  • Any item without all original packaging
  • Light bulbs, parts, glass, etc.
